About CBM
What is CBM?
CBM (Calisthenics Base Movements) is an official, standardized benchmark designed to measure real physical readiness in bodyweight training.
Built around fundamental calisthenics movements, CBM produces one clear, comparable, and universal score that reflects an athlete’s strength, endurance, and body control.
Why CBM Exists
The idea behind CBM is simple: performance should be measurable, repeatable, and comparable.
CBM was created to remove subjective judgments and inconsistent standards in bodyweight training.
CBM is the foundation of CBM CUP, a global competitive platform built on the CBM benchmark.
While CBM defines the score, CBM CUP turns that score into global rankings and competition.
The CBM Test Movements
The CBM score is built on six fundamental bodyweight movements that represent strength, endurance, and full-body control.
These movements form the foundation of the CBM benchmark.
- 1Pull Up
- 2Push Up
- 3Lunges
- 4Dips
- 5Burpees
- 6Sit-Up
